Nelda Sisler, GISP – Chief GIS Specialist
Ms. Sisler brings in over 20 years of land information and mapping experience to our office. She is one of the original members of DALIS Project and an incredible asset to the team. She not only supervises the update process of our cadastral database but also is a key player in providing technical support to the public and other team members regarding all land information system issues. |

Melissa Lobdell, GISP – GIS Specialist
Ms. Lobdell started with DALIS Project in 1999 and holds a BS degree in Public Administration from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. She is responsible for a variety of GIS related tasks including but not limited to updating of the cadastral database, providing technical support to the public, and creating informative maps for other departments. She recently completed Columbus State Community College's two-year GIS Certificate program. |

Tara Bennett, GISP - GIS Specialist
Mrs. Bennett holds a BS degree in Public Administration from Otterbein College. She joined the team in March of 2001. She is responsible for a variety of GIS related tasks including but not limited to updating of the cadastral database, providing technical support to the public, and creating informative maps for other departments. She recently completed Columbus State Community College's two-year GIS Certificate program. |

Megan Winnenberg - GIS Analyst
Ms. Winnenberg started her employment with DALIS team in October 2005. She holds a BS in Geography from The Ohio State University. She is responsible for a variety of GIS related tasks including but not limited to updating of the cadastral database, providing technical support to the public, maintaining the website, and creating informative maps for other departments. |

Shoreh Elhami, GISP – GIS Director
Ms. Elhami has over 20 years of professional experience, 18 years of which in senior level GIS management. Ms. Elhami has worked on every part of DALIS Project’s system since its inception and holds a degree in Architectural Engineering and a Masters degree in Regional Planning. Ms. Elhami also teaches "GIS in Professional Planning Practices" at The Ohio State University. See resume for more details. |
