Since its inception, DALIS Project’s rich datasets are used by a variety of county and city jurisdictions and in numerous applications such as: appraisal, planning, economic development, E-911, board of elections, code compliance, utilities, engineering, water & waste water mapping to name a few. DALIS staff assists many of these departments with their GIS needs and with developing a variety of cutting edge applications.
DALIS Web is the division’s latest creation and since July 15th, 2005 when the application went live, it has received over half a million hits per month! This application is based on ArcIMS and .NET technology and was developed in-house. It includes 70 data layers and has many new features such as custom searches, census information, and access to many different recorded documents.
