All the IMS Web applications are optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, but will also work with the following browsers: Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, Opera, and Camino.
The IMS Web Application is our flag ship application where users can access over 70 of our data layers.
Zoning & Development Information
This is a tab under IMS application and provides 19 zoning layers and two "Development in Pipeline" layers for Pending Rezoning proposals and Active Subdivisions (unrecorded). 18 of these zoning layers and the two "Development in Pipeline" layers are developed by Delaware County Regional Planning Commission. More detailed metadata is available at the layer level directly from the IMS application. The City of Delaware Zoning layer is developed by The City of Delaware Development Department.
This application contains information about all annexations in Delaware County. A total of +/-400 recorded annexation documents (over 8,000 pages) can be accessed from this application.
2010 Census Results
This application contains Census 2010 datasets.
The results of November 2006, May 2007, March 2008, August 2008, November 2008, November 2009, May 2010, November 2010, May 2011, November 2011, and May 2012 elections can be accessed from these websites. All figures are obtained from Delaware County Board of Elections.
