DALIS Web is our flag ship IMS application where users can access over 70 of our data layers.

Zoning & Development Information

This is a tab under DALIS Web IMS application and provides 19 zoning layers and two "Development in Pipeline" layers for Pending Rezoning proposals and Active Subdivisions (unrecorded). 18 of these zoning layers and the two "Development in Pipeline" layers are developed by Delaware County Regional Planning Commission. More detailed metadata is available at the layer level directly from the IMS application. The City of Delaware Zoning layer is developed by The City of Delaware Development Department.

Annexation Application

This application contains information about all annexations in Delaware County. A total of +/-400 recorded annexation documents (over 8,000 pages) can be accessed from this application.

The results of November 2006, May 2007, and March 2008 elections can be accessed from these three websites. All figures are obtained from Delaware County Board of Elections.
