The General Tab includes layers such as: Parcels, Roads, ROW, Subdivisions, Land marks, Political Boundaries, Addresses, Voting Precincts, Polling Places, City of Delaware Zoning, Zip Codes, GPS Points, County's Sewer lines and Manholes, Several Annotation layers.
		The Environment Tab includes layers such as: Soils, Topo/Elevation, 100-Year Flood Plain, Hydrology, Shaded Relief.
		The Census Tab includes layers such as: Census Blocks, Block Groups, and Tracts.
		The Plats/Survey Tab includes layers such as: Subdivision and Survey Plats.
