Control Buttons:

Allows you to zoom to the selected item.

Creates a buffer up to one mile for a selected parcel from the boundary of the parcel (not the center of the parcel.)

For a selected layer such as parcels, condo, subdivision, survey points, or etc you can obtain the real estate information.

For a selected parcel (only )you can go directly to the Delaware County Auditor’s Appraisal web site to obtain other real estate information.

For a selected parcel (only) you can obtain a list of your elected officials from State to County along with information regarding school district, tax district, voting precinct, polling place and fire station that serves that parcel.

Will extract all of the map layers that are displayed on the map window and allows you to download them. (Shape files)

Redraws all map layers.  As you turn layers on and off you will need to click on the refresh button to update the map.

For a given map layer you can obtain various information about the selected map layer.

Quick Zoom: Select a Township or Municipality from the drop down list and the map will zoom in to the extent of the selected jurisdiction.

           

Active Layer: Select a layer from the drop down list and that layer will be set as the active layer so that you can use the identify or select tool on the map to get information about that selected layer for any given parcel.
