Search Options:

1. Search

By Pin (Parcel Identification Number): Must enter in the 14 digit parcel number with no spaces or dashes. (Ex. 31614001004000) Once you hit "submit" the map will zoom into the parcel. Clicking on the "Details" button will provide information about the selected parcel. On the map the selected parcel will be displayed in red cross hatched lines.

By Name: Type last name first and first name last. Space once in between last name and first name. (Ex. smith james) For best result just type in last name. After you hit "submit" you have to go under the "search results" and select the name that you want and click on “Zoom To” button and the map will zoom to the parcel associated with that owner name. Clicking on the "Details" button will provide information about the selected parcel. On the map the selected parcel will be displayed in red cross hatched lines.

By Address: Enter in exact street number for an exact match. Do not have to type in street name if you know the exact street number. Once you hit "submit" you have to go under "search results" and select the address and then click on “Zoom To” button and the map will zoom to the parcel. Intersection: Type 2 to 3 road names in the boxes. Once you hit "submit" you have to go to the "search results" and select the intersection that you want and click on “Zoom To” button and the map will zoom to that intersection. NOTE: You can search road names with minimum information. For example, to get "N Sandusky St & E Central Ave" you only have to type "Sandusky & Central." 

2. Advanced Search

Condo Search: Condo Units may be searched in 5 ways:

Condominium Name: Type in the name of the recorded condominium complex. You do not have to type the whole name of the condominium, you can just type in a portion of the name. (Ex. hanover court or hanover) Under "search results" select the condominium name and click on “Zoom To” button and the map will zoom to that condominium complex. To check out the condo phase either turn the subdivision name layer on or use the "identify" tool with subdivision layer active.

Parcel Pin #: Type in the 14 digit parcel number (no spaces or dashes) for a particular condo unit. (Ex. 51933104004500) Once you hit "submit" the map will zoom into the unit. Click "Details" to get more information.

Address: Enter in exact street number for an exact match. Do not have to type in street name if you know the exact street number. Once you hit "submit" you have to go under "search results" and select the address and then click on “Zoom To” button and the map will zoom to the parcel. Custom: You can conduct custom searches based on real estate information associated with condominium units such as sale price, year built, total market value and many more. (NOTE: You do not have to type in a criteria for every attribute. You can just type in the attributes that you are looking to do a search for.) Once you hit "submit", a list of condominium units will come up and you can then do the following: 

- Click on an individual condominium unit on the list or in the "search results" window and the map will zoom to that unit.

- Click on the “Print” button on the top of the page and the list will print.

- Click on the “Excel” button on the top of the page and it will take all of the information into excel, provided you have Microsoft Excel installed on your PC. (You can either open the list in excel or save the file in your hard disk.)

Custom Search: You can conduct custom searches based on common real estate characteristics such as: sale price, sale date, year built, total market, school district, land use code, street name and many more. Once you hit "submit" a list of parcels will come up you can do the following:

- Click on an individual parcel number on the list or in the "search results" window and the map will zoom you to that parcel. Click on "Details" for more information about the parcel.

- Click on the “Print” button on the top of the page and the list will print.

- Click on the “Excel” button on the top of the page and it will take all of the information into excel, provided you have Microsoft Excel installed on your PC. (You can either open the list in excel or save the file in your hard disk.)

To get more information or the photo of the front facade of the structure click on "Details" for each result in "search results" window.

Subdivision: You can conduct searches based on recorded subdivision name. You do not have to type the whole name of the subdivision, you can just type in a portion of the name. (Ex. mccammon chase or mccammon), Platbook, page, recording date or township/city name (is optional). Once you hit "submit" a box will appear with a list of subdivisions. With this list you can the following:

- Click on the name of the subdivision and the map will zoom you to that subdivision.

- Click on the “Print” button on the top of the page and the list will print.

- Click on the “Excel” button on the top of the page and it will take all of the information into excel, provided you have Microsoft Excel installed on your PC. (You can either open the list in excel or save the file in your hard disk.)

- Under “Plat Info” click on “PDF” and it will display a scanned copy of the actual plat that was recorded.

- Under “Parcels” click on “LIST” and it will list all of the parcels in that subdivision. You can click on each parcel number and the map will zoom to that parcel, click on “Print” button on the top of the page and it will print the list or click on “Excel” button and the list will be displayed or save in excel.

Other: You can conduct address searches based on rental, commercial, exempt (including City, County and State buildings) or industrial parcels within Delaware County. Once you hit "submit" a list of parcels will appear. You can do the following:

- Click on the "search results" window or the underlined item on the result list and the map will zoom you to that parcel. Click on the "Details" button for more information or to obtain the photo of the front facade of the structure.

- Click on the “Print” button on the top of the page and the list will print.

- Click on the “Excel” button on the top of the page and it will take all of the information into excel, provided you have Microsoft Excel installed on your PC. (You can either open the list in excel or save the file in your hard disk.)

 

 

 

Street Naming Conventions :

For roads with Pre-direction, search for them by their pre direction designation. For example, South Old State Rd is listed under letter "S".

All State Routes are listed as "State Route"

All US Highways are listed as "US Highway"

All State Routes and US Highways have Suffix direction only (i.e. US Highway 23 N)

I-71 is listed as I71

Three B's and K Rd is listed as "Three B's and K Rd"

Where road names include a dash or apostrophe (as recorded), those are listed as such (i.e. Miller-Paul, Bean-Oller, O'Quinn)

All pre directions and post directions are abbreviated (i.e. N for North)

Some roads have Alias names and therefore may be listed under a different name (i.e. Marysville Rd is an alias name for US Highway 36, as well as William St.)
