The IMS Web Application is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, but will also work with the following browsers: Netscape, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, Opera, and Camino.

The General Tab includes layers such as: Parcels, Roads, ROW, Subdivisions, Land marks, Political Boundaries, Addresses, Voting Precincts, Polling Places, City of Delaware Zoning, Zip Codes, GPS Points, County's Sewer lines and Manholes, Several Annotation layers. |

The Environment Tab includes layers such as: Soils, Topo/Elevation, 2009 Floodplains, Hydrology, Shaded Relief.

The Census Tab includes layers such as: Census Blocks, Block Groups, and Tracts.
|
|
|
|
The Plats/Survey Tab includes layers such as: Subdivision and Survey Plats.

The Zoning Tab includes: Zoning layers for 18 townships and the City of Delaware. Also, Active Subdivisions and Pending Rezoning. |

All the Delaware County Auditor's GIS Web applications were developed in-house by using Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI)'s ArcIMS application and .NET technology.
